由于近期接到关于俄罗斯最新服务信息的通知较多，现整合如下：

1. UPS最新信息：近日很多客人查询俄罗斯的入口限制，UPS已与俄罗斯方面联络。
在现阶段，只有1)食品 2)饮品 及 3)药物停止入口。一经发现，便会立即退回。
Russian customs have imposed a temporary restriction on the import of food and medicines. This affects other carriers and not just UPS. The shipments will be RTS'ed immediately after arrival at the shippers expense.
其它种类送往俄罗斯的货件暂不受影响。
若每票货的价值超过5000卢布(即169美元)，收件人则需要提供法律文件。(其详情见以下英文版本)
Classification of Merchandise
All import shipments are subject to Customs clearance in Russia. Russian Customs can physically inspect any shipment without prior notification.
Registration number requirement: a new consignee will be contacted for their Customs registration number if the total value of the shipment is more than 5000 Roubles, or if the shipment is for commercial use.
For registration, the consignee must provide to Customs the following documents:
1）The legal documents of the consignee 2)The contract between the shipper and the consignee (if applicable) 3)The Passport of transaction. This is a special document of currency control from the consignee's bank (if applicable) 4)Language translation of the invoice 5)The Application Letter to Customs
2. TNT的最新信息：食品不能去俄罗斯；另外，私人物品只能通过空运的方式出口，不可以通过快递方式。
3. DHL最新信息：仍是暂停接收所有俄罗斯快件。
4.FDX最新信息：服务不变，原定的快件到俄罗斯相关服务标准不变，具体直接浏览FDX网站及致电其服务热线。
